Kristofor Behn
SENIOR CONSULTANT
Having funded, operated, scaled and facilitated successful exits in a variety of industries, I now consult with small business owners interested in understanding and applying the growth strategies necessary to advance to the next level. Unlike many consultants in the small business space, I have actually lived in the space as an owner and operator of successful businesses for more than thirty years and fully appreciate what it takes to run day to day operations. Blood, sweat, joy, despair and all the other emotions, visible or hidden, that go along with the small business roller coaster ride. I understand, first hand, the difficult decisions that must be made and the tradeoffs that result from those decisions. Needless to say, if you’re a small business owner, I can relate to the triumph that emerges from the struggle and the never ending desire to get to that point. I also understand how fragile it all feels each and every day.
Beyond my work, I am a husband, a father, an instrument rated private pilot and an Ironman distance triathlete.
